Jeju Air to resume flights to the Philippines

Aviation Updates Philippines – South Korean low-cost airline Jeju Air plans to resume services to its international routes to the Philippines beginning this month. The airline filed for the gradual resumption of flights to Cebu, Clark, Manila, and Bohol.

For July, Jeju Air will initially resume flights to Manila, Clark, and Cebu from Seoul-Incheon. There will be a single flight to Cebu on July 25, two flights to Clark on July 13 and 27, and three flights to Manila on July 22, 24, and 29.

However, the low-cost airline eyes to resume scheduled operations to the Philippines next month. Already available for booking are daily flights to Cebu from August 2, daily flights to Manila from July 31, and quadruple weekly flights to Clark from August 3.

Jeju Air has also filed for flights between Incheon and Bohol (Panglao) starting August 1. The daily flights to Bohol, and other Philippine destinations as well, would be on-board the airline's Boeing 737-800 aircraft.

These flights may be changed or be cancelled, even at the last minute, as the situation progresses. Passengers are urged to monitor flights at https://www.jejuair.net/jejuair/en/booking/schedule/timeTable.do.

Following strict government guidelines amid COVID-19, Jeju Air will only allow Overseas Filipino workers (OFW), seafarers, returning Filipinos, and foreign nationals with permanent visa (supported by documents of proof of filiation or marriage) to avail of flights to the Philippines.
