Budget airline Cebu Pacific (CEB) has achieved a significant milestone, becoming the first airline in Southeast Asia to be certified as a Great Place to Work® for 2024.

This prestigious recognition, awarded by the Great Place to Work® Institute, highlights CEB’s commitment to fostering a positive and supportive work environment for its employees.

The certification was granted following an independent assessment that evaluated employee experiences across various aspects of the workplace, including credibility, respect, fairness, pride, and camaraderie.

CEB’s dedication to initiatives promoting community building, diversity and inclusion, and a healthy work culture were key factors in securing this recognition.

“This recognition reaffirms our dedication to providing a workplace where everyone can thrive. As we move forward, our focus remains on upholding Cebu Pacific’s core values and ensuring that our employees remain at the heart of its success.”

Cebu Pacific Chief Human Resources Officer Felix Lopez

This achievement adds to Cebu Pacific’s growing list of accolades, including being recognized as a top employer for fresh graduates by Prosple and receiving the Best Employer Brand award at the 2023 LinkedIn Talent Awards.
