Emirates looking to hire 500 IT professionals

Aviation Updates Philippines – Dubai-based carrier Emirates said it is looking to hire 500 IT professionals in the next six months to support the company's businesses and brands in Dubai and globally.

According to the Emirates Group, a range of opportunities will be available for skilled IT professionals in various areas, including cyber security, technical product management, DevOps, hybrid cloud, modern architecture, software engineering, service management, digital workplace, agile delivery, and innovation.

"Emirates continues to invest in technologies and introduce innovative solutions that are based on artificial intelligence, data, and other smart solutions to deliver our products and serve our loyal customers in the most efficient manner. We will continue to rely and invest in our resources to support the Emirates Group requirements," said Emirates COO Adel Al Redha.

The Emirates Group said that it offers a dynamic and varied technology environment, with exciting career growth opportunities across its B2C, B2B, corporate support, fulfillment, and operations functions, which support its more than 40 businesses and brands around the world.

In addition to its internal programs, the Emirates Group has also invested in other innovation programs such as the Aviation X-Lab in partnership with GE, Airbus, Thales, and Collins Aerospace, and Intelak in partnership with Accenture, Microsoft, and Dubai Tourism.
