Qatar Airways outlines Philippine flights for August

Aviation Updates Philippines – Qatar's national flag carrier, Qatar Airways, has outlined its worldwide flight schedule for July and August 2020, including significant adjustments in the Philippine market.

Routesonline reported Qatar Airways plans to continue flying from Doha to Manila, onboard the Boeing 777-300ER, nine times weekly. Qatar Airways flies to Manila daily with additional flights on Thursday and Saturday as of the airline's July schedule.

Flight QR-932 departs from Doha at 2:00 am local time and arrives in Manila at 4:35 pm. The return flight, QR-933, departs from Manila at 6:35 pm local time and arrives back to Doha at 3:55 am. QR-932/933 flies every Thursday and Saturday only.

On the other hand, the daily service onboard flight QR-928 departs from Doha at 7:25 am local time and arrives in Manila at 10:00 pm local time. After a one hour and 40-minute turnaround, QR-929 then departs from the Philippines at 11:40 pm local time and arrives in Doha at 3:55 am local time.

However, beginning August 1, Qatar Airways has filed for an increase in frequency for Doha and Manila flights. Still onboard the Boeing 777, flights to Manila will increase from nine weekly to 14 weekly (twice-daily).

Qatar Airways has not announced plans to resume flights to Clark and Davao yet. For flights to Cebu, the airline has filed reservations for thrice-weekly services beginning July 24. Flight QR-924/925, which we are yet to confirm, runs every Tuesday, Friday, and Sunday.
