Aviation Updates Philippines - All Nippon Airways, a Japan based airline, is planning to launch direct flights from Davao-Japan if there is a big demand of passengers flying out and into Davao City.

All Nippon Airways would consider having direct flights in case the proposed Davao-Japan Tourism Development and Investment Promotion Council are approved.

Some passengers from Japan come to Davao via connecting flights from Manila or Cebu serviced by three big airlines, Philippine Airlines, Cebu Pacific and Japan Airlines (JAL).

Before that, the city's tourism must be upgraded to attract more tourists from other countries. There are many tourist spots in Davao City; some are The Philippine Eagle Nature Center, Davao Crocodile Park, Eden Nature Park, and People's Park.

But, the two places which the tourists are most attracted are the Mt. Apo and Island Garden City of Samal which has blessed with many beach resorts.
