CEB Advisory on Tacloban operations

Aviation Updates Philippines – Cebu Pacific will continue to operate four flights between Cebu and Tacloban from November 13 to 25, 2013.

The first Cebu-Tacloban-Cebu flight will be reserved for passengers affected by flight cancellations caused by Typhoon Yolanda (Haiyan), and for humanitarian purposes. With no electricity and communications in Tacloban, CEB's Tacloban team is doing its best to accommodate guests in an orderly manner.

Seats on the three remaining Cebu-Tacloban-Cebu flights are available through the website www.cebupacificair.com, reservation hotlines (02)7020-888 or (032)230-8888 or nearest travel agents.

Tacloban Airport is currently limited to turbo-prop aircraft flights. The airline is working closely with the government on the resumption of normal operations to Tacloban in the soonest possible time.

As a reminder, CEB passengers with domestic and international flights from November 7 to 15, 2013 to or from the Visayas region, Bicol region, Palawan, Mindoro and select Mindanao destinations have the option to rebook or reroute their flights without penalties, or get full refund or travel fund.

Passengers may call (02)7020-888 or (032)230-8888 for their preferred option, any time even after their flights. Those who wish to check the status of their flights may go to https://www.cebupacificair.com/Pages/check-flight-status.aspx

Cebu Pacific will continue to provide updates as soon as they are available. Follow @CebuPacificAir on Twitter or Cebu Pacific Air’s official Facebook page.
